In the Philippines, the "country of a thousand islands" rich in mineral resources, a river pebble crushing production line was successfully completed and put into operation. The customer selected local common river pebbles as processing materials, selected Liming Heavy Industry mobile jaw crusher and mobile cone crusher as host equipment, equipped with mobile vibrating screen and sand washing machine to produce high-quality aggregates of various specifications, mainly serving the Local infrastructure construction and real estate development.

The forklift delivers river pebbles ≤630mm to the NK75J mobile jaw crusher for primary crushing. The small and medium-sized materials slip into the main belt conveyor through the lower hopper of the feeder grate, and enter the next stage of crushing together with the crushed materials from the jaw crusher.

The NK300HS mobile cone crusher with pre-screening function takes on the important task of secondary crushing. The materials crushed in the primary stage are transported by the belt conveyor to the HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The discharged materials are pre-screened, and the large particle is returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing. Aggregate that meets the particle size requirements is transported to mobile vibrating screen.

After being cleaned and screened by the NK200S-3 screen washing vehicle, clean aggregates of different specifications are sent to the finished product pile respectively.
