Working Principle

Moist material enters the dryer and is lifted and scattered repeatedly by uniformly distributed and alternately angled lifting plates inside the rotating drum. As the drum rotates, the material forms a continuous curtain and comes into full contact with the hot air flow.

The hot air transfers heat to the material through convection, rapidly evaporating moisture. The evaporated water is discharged as water vapor through the exhaust system, achieving efficient and uniform drying.
